"It’s an old motel but it’s very clean, not updated but all the necessities are there and location wise it’s perfect for the Guadeloupe mountains and calsbad caverns national parks. Staff is very helpful"

"Outside door broken and squeaked every time someone entered. It was connected right next to the door of our unit and sounded like someone was coming in every time someone opened the door. Very loud from people walking on second floor, entering, and automobiles. "

"Old hotel, sign said under renovations. Room not very clean. Cloth furniture had some big stains. Bathroom had a big black plunger sitting next to the toilet - gross. Sheets were clean. "
