"Stayed two nights while traveling through Ontario. The room was functional, but there were several issues. At check-in, the front desk employee told me to check out the next day before 11 AM even though my reservation was clearly for two nights. When I pointed this out, there was no clarification or apology, which created unnecessary concern. The room layout was awkward, there was only one chair despite the room sleeping multiple guests, and the electrical setup was inconvenient with a power strip hidden behind furniture. The stay was acceptable for a budget motel, but customer service and room design left a lot to be desired. I would likely spend a little more for a different hotel on a future trip."
