"It seemed like every traveller flying through the Halifax airport, stayed at that hotel. Had to stand in line at 3 o’clock in the morning and wait 45 minutes for a shuttle. The convenience of parking and the hotel being close to the airport was good. That’s about all that was good."

"LOVED the breakfast. It had a vegetable tray with hummus and pita. Prepared oranges and fruit salad. I asked for plain yogourt and they immediately brought me a bowl and there was good granola and pumpkin seeds. Very happily surprised. That hotel always felt super clean and well built, to minimize noise. But since my last visit, it has degraded a bit at least in our room. The curtains, of excellent quality, did not completely close, and the lining a little dirty (or possible sun faded). The mattress was close to the end of its life, but slept very well. The room was spotless in terms of cleanliness. And even though there were groups of youth on our floor a bit loud, by 10 all was quiet. The room temperature was a little hot (room was sun facing) and the thermostat did not seem to change anything."

"Theres a little restaurant and mini casino innthe lobby, staff was very pleasant food was great. Hot ordered breakfasts are complimentary when your a staying guests!! Location of the restaurant is perfectly placed. While it is older, its one of our favorites to stay at and the beds are soooo comfortable. "
