"Demetri was warm and welcome smile I needed after a long flight, everything was excellent and I hope to return again. I do wish the inside snack shop was open later as well as the outside bar, I would have loved to sit there and enjoy music, pool and drinks in the evening but it didn't change my experience, overall 10/10. "

"Could only get 1 reservation for dinner and we stayed a week, our mini fridge ran out of water and soda and we called room service for a restock and they said no. Really long lines for alcohol. Food was mediocre and room service was VERY limited options. Shows/ dj ended early in the night so the club was dead every night. Bar Pool needs more cleaning. Jason and Leo the bartenders were amazing ☆"

"Do not advertise rhat an airport shuttle is available if there is no shuttle service provided. Roon 210 has a bed with a hole in it. This is very uncomfortable. There arw small roaches running about in the bathroom and even one was seen in the dining area where the juices are"

"Overall, this is a nice property with lots for families to do. I will say this is the costliest vacation I’ve had in quite some time. The restaurants are way over priced. The cabana’s and daybeds at the beach are the most expensive I’ve ever paid with the worst service. If you are looking for a relaxing “cabana day” this is not the hotel. We weren’t brought towels or ice to our cabana and were given a very limited menu of food to choose from. The spa is under construction, however, you still pay premium spa prices even though there is not relaxation room and your service takes place in a standard hotel room. I will say the staff at the Cove pool were great as well as the wait staff at Seafire Steakhouse. That was our best dinner. "

"Margaritaville was a beautiful property. Very clean very comfy and homey. BRING LOTS OF MONEY. Everything is a charge with tax on top. Every meal for my family of 3 was more than $100. Taxi rides are $50 etc. Everything shuts down at 11pm. No vending machines. Beware of local scams. It’s worth an experience though. At least once. "
