"I am sooo happy with my stay here!!! The staffs are amazing the rooms are amazing the beach view and the board walk all in 1!! The pool is with the bar amazing for families with kids like myself to be able to relax and have the kids enjoy the pool! I love the stay this is definitely my to go place when I come down to ocean city!!!! "

"Great place to stay on the boardwalk. The room was very spacious and having a full kitchen was helpful. The outdoor pools were a great size and overlooked the beach. The beach bar had tasty food and drinks. The location is perfect, lots of shops and restaurants but not at the pier which was so crowded all the time. We rented a surety right at our hotel and there was also a souvenir shop. Great place to stay and we will definitely be back! "

"There are so much that i love about the Carousel, but I do have 2 complaints about our recent stay. The indoor pool was closed the entire time. To my understanding, it was a mechanical issue, but there was no sign on the door to let people know it was closed. A sign would've prevented the multiple questions throughout the day, every day. The second complaint is the game room by the pool. Those machines need some maintenance because half of them didnt work and there were 3 machines that took my credits but wouldn't let us play. My kids were quite disappointed and the front desk can't even do anything about the machines. I called the number on the card for assistance, but that was no help either. Other than those 2 things, we had a wonderful experience in our 3 night stay. Theres a heated outdoor pool that we enjoyed and we went to Jolly Rogers to make up for the games. We come to OC at the same time every year and wouldn't even think about staying at another hotel. "
