"Breakfast, nice room on the bay pier was nice on the bay . The wedding party took up the parking on Saturday, they should have parked in front of the building, they took residents parking in front of our rooms. Breakfast was very good the girl was awesome making the breakfast friendly & very accommodating was abke can take it to go or back to room , not enough tables to sit inside the lobby & there were outside pic nic tables nice by the water & pool but wet from rain & dew& the gnats were awful so couldn’t eat outside."

"Very clean room staff is excellent breakfast is very good we didn’t have hot water for showers but they gave us another room then so they are good and fixing any problems ASAP woould still recommend this place."

"The room was clean and the parking was fine. The room had one little desk and a swivel desk chair. There was no place to put things down except the floor. There was no place to sit except the bed. The bathroom fixtures are so old the finishes are worn off. The tub doesn't drain unless you manually pull up the stopper - water up to your ankles. The shower head is 20 years old. Only one little garbage pail in the bathroom. Unless I hear of a reno I will not stay there again. So disappointing for a place that we really enjoyed years ago. Hilton is supposed to be better than this."

"I’ll start with the positives: the staff were friendly and the location is excellent—right next to Captain Zack’s, Island Creamery, and bike rentals. ​Unfortunately, we couldn't stay. We checked in at 11:00 PM for a two-night stay and immediately found significant hygiene issues in our room. The sheets had large yellow stains, visible hair, and concerning brown spots. Additionally, the exterior door appeared to have been kicked in previously, which raised safety concerns. ​We checked out within 30 minutes of arrival. While the staff offered a different room, we no longer felt comfortable staying at the property. We asked for a refund for the second night only, which was declined. Given that we didn't use the room and reported the issues immediately, we hope management would reconsider and provide a partial refund, but unfortunately not. I see a lot of other reviews saying how clean the property is. That unfortunately was not our experience."

"Sad, worn out motel from 1930s/40s. White Sheets were grey, socket detaching from wall, sink blocked. Served one night purpose but depressing. Book if no other choice - right downtown. Walk to restaurants"
