"On request we received an upgraded room from our previous stay and are appreciative. Rooms are a bit outdated but the pool, beach, restaurants and bar along with paid parking were great."

"San Pietro was a vintage experience reminiscent of 50’s Italian Riviera. Staff on the whole were lovely especially Lucy who served coffee on the terrace every morning. Downside was lack of clarity on breakfast buffet. For first two days we paid extra for eggs from menu costing an unnecessary 70 Euros cost. No one informed us it was not part of complimentary breakfast. Room was a bit dated - I think refurbishment is required. Drinks very expensive- 26 euros for an ok cocktail! Shuttle good but not available at times costing 20 euros on a taxi back to hotel. Room service very good- food hot and fresh which is not always the case in other hotels. Overall a pleasant experience but overpriced."

"My only complaint about the hotel was that they did not have enough wait staff in the dining area at the pool or indoor dinning room for dinner. We had to wait a long time to order and receive our meal. Otherwise, the staff in the hotel was amazing. Salvo at the reception desk, bent over backwards to help us with our needs. Over all, we enjoyed our stay there. They just need to get more staff in their dining areas.."

"Staff at desk—fabulous, especially Chiara. Location perfect. Roof top bar restaurant is excellent and a great experience Gym was not sufficiently air conditioned and a few times needed to have a technician come up to make it function. Breakfast buffet was adequate but not imaginative in selections; the room and bathroom are relatively small by US 4-star standards and the TV is not an operative smart TV"

"Wonderful hotel, lovely staff. We were upgraded to a seaview room on arrival and they were super accommodation with our late check out. Very helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. "We stayed here for 5 nights in a room with private pool. The room was of high standards, clean and elegant, and the pool and outdoor area perfect for relaxing in privacy. The property in general was beautiful and well maintained. Food was good and the breakfast buffet left little to wish for. The offer of paying €120 pp per day for lunch and dinner is not worth it, though, even though the restaurants are quite expensive. Overall a very nice stay and we highly recommend this hotel."
