"The Male, General Manager of this Shilo Inn was the rudest Manager I have ever talked to. The place stinks like wet dogs in some places and animal urin in other place. The carpets should have been replaced years ago. The Pool and Spa haven't benn working for over a year but they still advertise that they have a Pool and Spa. We did'nt see any work being done on the pool or spa in the week we were there, the estimated completion is in 2027 but there brochures and internet advertise a pool and spa. This place is in dire need of repair and better management."

"There was a smell of used kitty litter both outside and in my room. Also, AC was left on in my room when I walked in and it was set at 64 degrees. Way too cold."
