Maintenance both short and long term needs attending to. Car park was too busy and we noticed that it was being used by those using sports facility next door - on both the Saturday & Sunday mornings. (Not a problem for us as we did not have a car)
Local shopping area run down. No redeeming features. Saturday traffic awful. Was only a covenient place to stopover as we were going to a family celebration in the area. Winchester and New Forest much better options .
