"My room and the hall ways smelled like weed and not good weed. I called and they said they can spray some air freshener. When I arrived to check in after check in time they told me that my room was not ready after check in. They told me that that is not my job that it is housekeeping job and when they get done they let me know. Not sorry for the inconvenience or anything. I have stayed at many golden nugget locations and this by far way lowered my expectations and standards for the brand. "

"Slept well as it was very quiet. I ordered a king-size bed but it was a bit smaller. There was no comforter just the sheets tucked under. The side door to parking lot did not work and we had to walk to front of the office- that was annoying. Ac worked but still felt a bit warm. Nice size room. The shower head was facing high and out so when we turned it on, all the bathroom floor got wet, very slippery. We had no extra towels for that. Otherwise we did sleep well."

"Front desk was phenomenal & staff was very friendly. The breakfast was really good and the pool was nice. The pool area and front lobby/breakfast area was clean and up to date. The rooms need updating badly/ there was peeling paint in the tub and I did not feel like the surfaces in the room were cleaned. There was mold and years of dust all along the bathroom door. As a former Holiday inn express employee I expected more from the cleanliness of the rooms. I don’t think I would’ve wanted to stay longer than my 2 night stay. "

"Parking was bad very hard to get out in morning cars and trucks park behind by alley way to small areas to park "

"The first day was horrific, stale bread, 3 to 5 pieces of unit packaged pastries total. No eggs nor any protein, nothing hot, over diluted juices and ONE apple for fruit. Coffee was just not fresh, just warm, no cream nor creamer. Second day, similar refreshed breads, did have scrambled eggs/sausages/diced potato. No fruit, same warm coffee. "

"Room was dirty. Sheetrock was peeling off the walls. Cigarette burns on the counters. Shower had mildew build up. Beds were hard. Refrigerator had a weird smell. Hotel smelled like cigarettes. "

"Dirty room and dirty towels never clean the room just replaced towels and they still had stains plus woke up around 2 in the morning alot of people where making noise outside dont reccomend staying there bad area "
