"Nice"

"The man at the front desk was super nice. Tub need cleaned more or rinsed properly. Tv had only 1 channel. Since I was staying one night and it was late decided to not take another room. Woke up with 1 bite mark on chest. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest but grateful."

"The hotel was clean and comfortable although the bed could’ve been a little softer. Breakfast was good."

"The room was clean, beds were comfortable. The pillows were even fluffy. the staff was polite and helpful. My only negative, and it's not huge, was no microwave. So we couldn't warm up leftovers for another meal."

"The staff was extremely dismissive and unprofessional during our stay regarding 2 separate issues. First the tub didn’t drain, and by the end of a shower was filled halfway. Besides being unsanitary, showers need to be staggered as it took a minimum of 1/2 hour to drain. I approached the desk staff multiple times, along with the cleaning staff regarding having it addressed. It never was, and I mentioned it again when we checked out. Clearly they did not care. Also, the room was suppose to have a hair dryer so I didn’t pack one. When my husband requested one at the front desk, he was told they were all out. I followed up and was told the cleaning staff would have to check each room for one which they weren’t going to do. "
