"I stayed at The Lodge at Jackson Village and would describe the experience as average overall. The location is convenient and close to attractions in Jackson and North Conway, making it a practical base for outdoor activities.
The room was clean but clearly dated. The furniture shows its age, although everything was functional. The bed was reasonably comfortable, and the property itself was quiet with convenient parking.
Service was disappointing. During check-in, the staff member appeared unwelcoming and behaved unprofessionally — at one point tossing the room key across the counter instead of handing it over. It created the impression of a lack of care and basic courtesy.
Breakfast was also underwhelming. The selection was very limited and did not appear fresh, to the point that I did not feel comfortable eating it.
This property may suit travelers looking for a budget-friendly place to sleep while spending most of their time outside, but those expecting attentive service and a decent breakfast may be disappointed."
