"This was a beautiful property with excellent service. Everyone was exceptionally kind, offering not only service but history of the island, excursion ideas, dinner options etc. Ernie was so wonderful to just stop and chat with on a daily basis. We loved the Rum cave experience with Carla! It was excellent and Rashida, Tammy and a host of others made dining a pleasure- so accommodating. Lastly Ella was so fun to talk to and helped with booking our transportation and excursions.
My only drawback was the bathroom in the room needed an upgrade. But other than that it was an awesome way to start the new year! Would definitely recommend "
"Harmony room and property was beautiful and up to date.
Staff was friendly and kind and really went over and above to make our stay memorable.
Food was amazing. So many choices and everything was fresh and plentiful.
Also there were many gluten free options.
We also enjoyed the many activities and shows."
"Beautiful property, wonderful views from private verandahs, flavourful food and a cheerful, service-oriented staff. Great snorkelling off the beach, and lovely spa services. We would love to stay here again!"
"Food = phenomenal. So much better than other hotels on the island. The staff were really amazing. They were so kind, so hospitable and really genuinely nice. The hotel is really special. The stairs were a bit tough but they have shuttles if needed ! "
