"The Hen House cottage was a great place to stay for our trip in the Durham area. The village of Brandon is a beautiful location for going for walks in the countryside and with a great pub/ restaurant called the Bay Horse Inn on 50m away it’s a perfect place to stay. "Ramside Hall is always an exceptional experience. The grounds, hotel and spa are all beautiful and you feel completely revitalised after a visit. On this occasion I have to give a huge big up and THANK YOU to Leanne -the booking team -who delivered above and beyond to help accommodate me. had to change my accommodation date firstly due to a car crash and secondly when my child care fell through; helping me to accommodate bringing my daughter. She is positive and solutions focussed. She really picked me up with her bubbly approach and her desire to ensure, as a customer, I was beyond happy with my experience.
