We had a major concern about cigarette smell upon arrival host company was quickly responsive and just told us to open a window however we had the windows open for 2 hours with no luck so they "sent someone". However we were not there to recieve the person so I doubt anything was done because the...

"If I could give less than one star, I would. We booked three nights but checked out after just one because the conditions were so bad. "The apartment was clean and roomy. The beds were very comfortable—which is always the most important part of any accommodation. We took the shuttle from the airport because of heavy luggage. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor—and there was no elevator, a bit though for older travelers! The only drawback was it was a ways from city center, and a longish walk to the public transportation."
