Loved the free onsen(tattoo friendly) and spa resort feel of the place. Good breakfast but could get quite busy - free welcome drink and lounge wear was a nice bonus. Great location - walkable to train station and main attractions

Its proximity to the ropeway was the biggest catch. They have a true onsen but sadly people are naked and don’t wear clothing and modesty is not followed . The staff are great and speak good English. The breakfast is generous but doesn’t quite fit the foreign pallet . Recommendation is that enjoy the delicious bakery items in the ropeway eateries .

The property had beautiful views. The rooms were very western in style compared to rooms in Japanese cities. The breakfast was good, but a bit high priced. It was disappointing not to have a swimming pool for a resort of this size. The staff were very attentive.

"I accidentally reserved the smoking room and unfortunately There was no vacant that day so they were not able to switch our room to non smoking room. as soon as we got off the elevator at our floor,The whole floor smelled cigarette and so the room did. oh well It was my fault... We enjoyed the breakfast ..."
