"Le resto est gastro, les produits sont frais, c’est gustativement très bon. La chambre par contre est très ancienne. La literie est très dure, la télé est est mini, et la salle de bain est très ancienne (salle de bain à mamie).
Le petit dej est bon, et la vue sur les montagnes est magnifique."

"The beautifully designed and furnished hotel still had a casual, welcoming feel. The owners live on site and are very polite and helpful, interested enough to feel engaged but not intrusive or nosy. The room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel and we appreciated the full-sized toiletries.
The only negative thing I could say about the place is that there is a bit of road noise if you have the windows open. "

"Huge deposit charged at check-in against cleaning of the rooms at check out. Guests were required to conduct thorough room clean including hoovering. The bedcovers, sheets and pillow cases and towels were all charged for separately which was not mentioned at the booking. Misleading advertising, very disappointing upon arrival. "

"This was literally the absolute worst hotel (really, it was more like a hostel) that I have stayed in either stateside or abroad. The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. "I really liked the community around the Hotel. A bit difficult to get transport, but I was offered transport by strangers on several occasions..Thanks to people of Annemasse. The two gentleman at hotel reception were awesome..just the one lady who was so rude and unfriendly...but no stress I am happy about my stay given the cost."
