"We stayed a night en route to the south, we had a comfortable, clean family room. The only thing which caught us out was paying the city tax, only 80 cents each, but we brought no Euros with us, so had to pop to the cash machine. Our host was superb, very friendly and helpful, we'll definitely stay again if we're in the area (cricket match in September maybe, even if the ball used is too small!)."
"Great location an hour south of Calais, friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast was good too!!.
The hotel itself does need a refurb & our room though a non smoking room, smelt of cigarettes and was a bit dated. Bed was comfy enough but rooms on front of building can be noisy from local boy racers using the adjacent car parks at night.
Also pity none of the on-site chargers worked as would be good facility on-site (there is an ev charging station next door which helped us out!)."
"Breakfast was really nice with everything fresh and even bacon and scrambled egg.
Staff were really nice and friendly, complimenting my wife on her French whilst also being good wirh English"
"For a one night, quiet place to stop off on my journey with my dog, it was perfect. Not much room, but totally worth it - Best shower I have had in a long time and all renovated recently so it was a pleasant environment.
Lovely surroundings for walking.
Will stay again if I'm passing. "
"A warm welcome. A pretty room with very comfortable bed, kettle and TV. Spacious bathroom with walk in shower and double jacuzzi bath. Parking right outside. Great location for Montreuil, Valloires Abbey, and the huge sandy beach at Berck. I was in the main house, but Elise also has another property just down the street. Breakfast at main house though. (Not sure this was clear online.) Bistro in village open Friday and Saturday but plenty of places to eat in Montreuil which is a 15minute drive."
"We had a fabulous 2 nights here, using it as a base to visit Agincourt and Crecy. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a fan and a fridge which we needed in the very hot weather. Meals were very tasty and beautifully presented. We will definitely recommend it to friends and family."
