"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. "Location was great for the main sights. Parking on site. Room was serviceable with comfortable bedding. Decent counter space and a fun close-up lighted make-up mirror for eyeliner application and/or eyebrow plucking. Room was a bit warm and could not be adjusted, which is environmentally great but a bit tough on weary travellers. I did manage to flood the bathroom when I showered the first day, but what is a vacation without a minor disaster, am I right?!"
