"The pool area had a nice view of the ocean. I upgraded the room to an ocean front suite and did not like the view of the ocean from the balcony did not get any sun the high part of the hotel blocked the sun all day. Did not like the valet parking rules they did not want to help anyone who preferred to self-park. "

Pulled up to the front of the hotel and there was nobody at the front desk, heard yelling so we drove around the hotel and witnessed a domestic dispute…what appeared to be someone drunk or drugged swinging at a woman. Needless to say, i left because as a single woman, did not feel safe!! Purchased insurance to be able to get a refund and will def be filing a claim!!!!"
