"The issue with this hotel is that the walls are paper thin and you can hear the room next door at normal conversation level and the room across the hallways TV. Also, every door opening and closing down the hallway. We were on an upper floor and the water pressure was pulsing off and on which impacted the temperature of the shower."

"The shower faucet was dripping constantly. The floor carpet was not clean or worn out. The phone operator was blunt."

However, I did notice that I was accidentally charged for parking, even though it shouldn’t have applied to my stay. I’m sure it was just a simple mistake, but it’s something worth double-checking. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful and I would definitely stay here again."

"Location is beautiful. Rooms were very nice. Staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. Now as far as parking I feel like close parking spots should be for the people that are actually renting rooms. Day pass families should park somewhere else. Also day pass people should have a time limit on their passes. If the water park is open from 10am-8pm they should be allowed to stay for half the time so the actual guest can enjoy their amenities. My family wasn’t able to enjoy the pool because it was literally full from open to close. Water park was a cluster complete chaos. Breakfast was ok. Buffet style. But not much to choose from. 3 adults and 1 child over 12 $100 for one meal. Everything is way too over priced. Would I go back with what I know now??? No I wouldn’t "
