"We stayed twice, for one night, traveling to/from Georgia. Stayed on floor 2 once and floor 1 once. Both quiet even though both were weekend nights. The floor 1 room near the pool was a little noisier (plus it’s A/C seemed to run cold and the bathroom fan sensor failed in the on state near as we could tell). Breakfast choices were ample, even with a girls softball team descended upon it when we arrived the second stay. Phew. Close. Coffee was good. Plenty of tables in the dining area. Didn’t succumb to the 8PM cookie deal but it sounded tasty. Ice only on main floor but not really a big deal. Parking lot access doors helped with unloading and loading. A little hard to find from US-24 headed East (with a TomTom nav in our Subaru)."

"The location is excellent - right on the water. The room was large and had a nice screen door that led to the patio facing the lake. It was quiet and pretty. The room was clean enough but housekeeping did not come the two days we were there. The room could have used a little more cleaning. The facilities would definitely benefit from a good pressure washing outside. Perhaps that is planned before the season really starts. It was a little difficult to find, as the name is long and clumsy and google maps took us to the campground. The resort rooms are down the road a little bit. All in all, it was a good stay for a good price."
