"The room was clean and spacious. The curtains were floor to ceiling and part of them were detached from the curtain rail. The curtain blind also had some dark stains on them. I notify the hotel staff and they indicated that someone would come address the hanging curtains but they never did during our stay.
There wasn't even a cup in the bathroom to rinse your mouth after you brush your teeth. Holiday inn used to provide complimentary water in the rooms, and they didn't even do that.
Also when we checked in, the front desk attendant did not provide an overview of the hotel amenities, besides the fact that there was breakfast in the mornings and the cost.
I've been to several IHG hotels before, at least a dozen times, and have generally been very pleased with their hotels. This particular state was okay because the hotel was clean and located in a very convenient area close to the river front with lots of shops and restaurants nearby."
