"we had an early 6:10 flight on Easyjet. The hotel told us that we could check our suitcases in the night before which was very helpful. Then we were able to have a very decent continental breakfast at 4 am and only had 2 minutes to walk indoor to go to security. We will definitely use this place again"

"It was a new experience and and a rather nice one. The facilities were excellent and the view view from the bar on the 20th floor, was superb. Breakfast could have been a little earlier but who am I to complain. I left my mobile charger and returned a day later to find that housekeeping had logged it and it was returned to me via the lovely helpful receptionist. Excellent all round. I will be back.."

"Great location just down the street from Tower bridge. Picked this hotel because it was a large room and there was washer/dryer in the room. Our first night we noticed the a/c wasn’t working and we complained. They weren’t able to fix it so moved us to another room. Zak was most helpful and apologetic. Even came to our room with new room keys and offered to help us move our luggage. All the staff were very friendly. Room was clean and quiet. I would def recommend if you are looking for a comfortable place in London! "
