"Good to have a hot breakfast. Potatoes were slightly undercooked and we were there for 4 nights and very little variations in the menu. Would have been nice if there was a change in protein during our stay. The winner is the pool and hot tub. The first night we were there, we were able to get the steam room going, but after that, we couldn't get it to wok. Nevertheless, love that these were available especially on a cold night."
"My sister and I just finished celebrating our birthdays here, and honestly, it was everything we needed and more. The experience was so memorable, and it really started with Michelle, our personal Concierge. Her thoughtfulness and superior customer service set the tone for the entire stay—you can feel that same level of care everywhere, from the Front Desk to Housekeeping and the Spa.
We had dinner at Knoxie’s, and both the food and the service were top-tier. But I have to give a huge shout-out to the Pastry Chef, Mercedes. Her desserts are on another level! The key lime pie, salted caramel cheesecake, and the death by chocolate cake were all amazing.
The whole stay was just seamless. If you want to feel truly taken care of, this is the spot. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute!"
"The worst hotel experience! Very dirty, mold in corners, mice scat everywhere! Mice chewed through my snacks on counter. The vent in bathroom and heater/AC vent both full of lint, as if not cleaned in months. roaches hiding in bathroom. Signs everywhere for 250$ smokers cleaning fee and the room already reeks of cigarette smoke from other rooms. The continental breakfast was very lame, just bread for toast and cereal. coffee and juice. Also windows very outdated, children could easily fall out."
"Room was decent, but the beds were hard and sofa bed was torn and broken. Along with a few light switches that did not work. They were doing work on site; so maybe these issues will be fixed soon. Unfortunately, the cost was not worth it nor worth returning."

"Parking is very limited and there is no bar in this facility and also the elevator has been broke for over a week anyone who needs an elevator it’s a very inconvenience, especially for older people people with medical conditions or bad hips or legs. It’s not good. I’m pretty sure it’s been like that longer than a week."
