Loved the historic property and the manager McKayla is genuinely so kind and helpful! She went above and beyond from helping us with parking, offering handmade cookies, to giving us great recommendations! Everything about our stay was perfect except the AC not working in our room. Wasn’t too much of an issue as the weather was moderate but would definitely stay here again in another room

The coco is right in the center of Edgartown and perfect walking distance to everything there. There is even a delicious restaurant on the first level. The complimentary breakfast was the best I’ve ever had! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect place to stay in Edgartown!

Really enjoyed this hotel — very comfortable and accommodating. Perfect location. Free breakfast was simple and delicious. Free beach chairs were another great touch. Will definitely return!

Fantastic stay at the CoCo. Highly recommend for its walkable location and relaxing atmosphere. The bed was so comfortable. The breakfast spread was also delicious and easy to grab and take outside to the courtyard. Definitely will come again and recommend to friends traveling to the island.

The rooms are newly renovated and beautiful 😍 The garden in the front is beautiful with a bunch of flowers. Everything was clean and the complimentary breakfast was a plus.

Our room was right over the restaurant which many indicated was a bother but we had no issues. Slept great. Room was perfect size and bed was comfortable. Staff was super friendly and allowed us to store our bags before check in and after check out so we could ride around on our rental bikes. We will return to this property the next time we visit. Thank you!

Dirty Glasses

Dirty glasses were left in our room by housekeeping staff on two occasions. Recommend changing glasses or cleaning the ones left by guest. Too expensive of a stay to not have clean glasses to drink out of. Other than that, everything else was fantastic.

Anniversary Trip!

This is a beautifully updated B and B. The service was great, it was very clean, and the free breakfast was a nice touch! We were celebrating our anniversary and they decorated the room and left cake for us! It is centrally located to all in Edgartown. The down side is that the walls were very thin so they gave you a noise machine but we could still hear the neighbor snoring. During the evening when the restaurant located on the bottom floor (which I was some how was not aware of) was busy the patrons took up the outdoor seating on the porch and yard.

Nice room but noisy

We were here for one night. The room itself was nicely done and the person at check in fine however we didn't realize room 4 was above a lounge where extremely loud music reverberated through our room until 11:30pm. The only reason it stopped was because at 11pm I decided to call the after hours number. Anyways it's unfortunate because everything else about the place was nice but this lack of an on-site manager to rectify the noise tainted our whole experience.

Beautiful and charming decor. Bed was very comfortable. Very thoughtfully laid out and run boutique hotel. Staff were for the most part great. My only negative was check out. Manager was unprofessional both in attitude and dress. I waited a long time for someone to show up so that I could check out. When she finally appeared, she did not apologize for responding so late, said nothing, and did not make eye contact. She was also unkempt looking and wearing very short cut off shorts. I’m all for casual, but this was way beyond casual. She also was there earlier in the morning and was as equally disinterested. She was engrossed with her phone and did not look up until being addressed several times. Aside from her, we loved our stay at the hotel.
