"Had an heat/Ac unit under the window (next to the bed that was very loud and seemed to cycle off and on randomly. Pillows were hard. Would have been nice to have a choice. Parking in their ramp was convenient, but fee should be included in room rate. Skipped the breakfast (which I was told by others was “meh”) and walked to the farmers market -which leads me to a great aspect of the hotel which is its location. Very close to the capitol and UW Campus. Another good aspect was staff that were helpful and polite. "

"Excellent location to the University Hospital. They offer a complimentary shuttle within 2 miles from the hotel which I took me to the hospital and back. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel if you need to be in the area."

"I found the airport shuttle service to be extremely convenient. Although I chose to rent a car because I wanted to explore the city more freely, having the option of a shuttle gave me great peace of mind. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and highly professional. They responded quickly to any request, which made my stay very comfortable. The restaurant was also excellent. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a variety of dishes—including poke bowls, which were delicious! Being able to enjoy wine without needing to drive made dining there very relaxing. In fact, I ended up ordering meals there two days in a row, including one day through room service. The two complimentary bottles of mineral water in the refrigerator were also very helpful, especially on the day of arrival. My son, who is a student at UW–Madison, stayed with me at the hotel. On the day of checkout, I had to leave early, but he was able to enjoy breakfast and take his time checking out later, which he really appreciated. The location is outstanding, and the service, food, and overall experience were all excellent. The room was very clean, and the large TV with access to Netflix and Disney+ was a great bonus. I will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I visit Madison."
