"The staff were exceptionally pleasant. The room was nice. There was an issue with a leaky toilet that we made aware of to the staff. They were very quick in responding to getting that fixed."

"Staff was great, we did have to ask for an extra washcloth we only had 2 and there were 3 of us. Beds were very comfortable and loved the chaise lounge chair for sitting. Definitely will book with you again."

"The only complaint I have is that I reserved an "accessible" room with a queen bed. When I arrived, all the rooms were either upstairs or downstairs, there was no actual ground floor, and thus no room was fully ADA accessible. Luckily, I can navigate stairs with my disability, it's just painful. But someone who was wheelchair bound would have needed a refund due to the inaccurate listing."
