"We were very disappointed to find out in the morning that there was no breakfast!! Or I should say there was if you paid for it!! When I questioned this I was given 2 complimentary breakfasts for myself and my husband which we appreciated but still feel the wording for “breakfast” is misleading. This is the first hotel we have stayed in for several years that didn’t at least have a continental breakfast and for the cost of the room we certainly expected breakfast!"

"The room was comfortable, clean, and the view of the bay was incredible. Owen, one of the bartenders in the lobby bar made each evening an amazing experience. Hannah is another bartender that deserves a shout out. They are one of the many reasons that I return. I also need to mention Chris, a manager, he is the very best. Thanks Marriott for the wonderful stay!"

"Fantastic front desk staff that were totally knowledgeable and efficient. Room was delightful with a fabulous view of the lake. The restaurant leaves much to be desired, limited menu, lower quality food, and slow service. Try the restaurant at the Hampton Inn which is a less than a five minute walk from the Sheraton."

"We were put in a room that was near a beer garden that had live music at night. It ruined what would’ve been a great experience. We checked out early and lost our remaining days because of it. I need sleep and would’ve taken another room but the hotel was booked with graduate students and their families. This place is more designed for people who want to party. The room was excellent otherwise. I just hate losing money over a thing like noise."
