"We stay at this location at least 6–8 times a year, and it has always been great in the past. That’s why this experience was so disappointing. It’s a shame to see how much the property has declined and been let go.
On top of that, the noise level was incredibly disruptive — both inside the hotel and outside. There was constant noise in the hallways and from outside the building, making it very difficult to get any rest. For the price, you would expect a quiet, comfortable stay, but that was not the case this time. I would recommend staying at a different hotel . "

"Cleaning lady was horrible and rude was banging on the door demanding that we leave sooner than we were supposed to check out so that she can clean the room was really really upset. We were also charged $30 extra just to check in in an hour and a half early. This is one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had."
