"Very accommodating staff. Huge clean rooms…close to lots of shopping in the area..right off 680!"

"The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was awesome. The breakfast could have been warmer and you would benefit having a microwave. The room was perfect also."

"Didn't care for the size of the rooms as we had a girl in a wheelchair and couldn't even get it in the room. They seemed upset at check in that we needed a room for a handicap person and said oh no now we have to change things up for you. Wouldn't stay at this hotel again. Asked at check out for a reciept and was told had to go though Expedia since they didn't rent us the room. First time i have ever heard of such a things and getting no reciept on check out."

"Breakfast fresh. Gentleman at front desk a hard worker and very courteous. "

"The hot tub was unavailable and that was our main reason for going there. Also, they had mice. I saw one running down our hallway. "

"The room wasn’t fully clean, a used spoon was missed that was laying across the top of the electrical outlet. Other areas of the room were clean. Staff was friendly and courteous The rooms smelled clean and fresh I did not partake in the breakfast . "

"supposedly the hotel was going thru a renovation.. even tho I did not see any renovations happening...The hotel was a disappointment, the pool and hot tub did not work, it was nearly vacant, hvac in our room didnt work and the exterior doors did not lock for security."
