The property is perfect for a longer stay in Edinburgh. It is a well-appointed one bedroom apartment in a beautiful house in central Edinburgh. It is close to transportation to the Royal Mike in an area of great restaurants, pubs and shopping. We had only one complaint the bed needs a new mattress and sofa. Otherwise, it is perfect.

Excellent property, very clean and well maintained. The property managers were very responsive on the phone and with emails. We spent a week and could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend, especially for families with kids.

Stayed one night in family size room. Beautiful hotel. Breakfast was just ok. Manager seemed frustrated because we used a 3rd party app for reservation. Realize that may cost him some money, but friendliness and responsiveness should be top priority for all guests. Otherwise it would be a nice weekend getaway stay for a couple.

A stylish, quiet, comfortable, modern city centre flat suitable space and amenities for up to 2-3 sharing couples or a family. Very nice bedding. Portacot ready for infant on arrival. Easy access at check-in. Very clean. Wish we had stayed here for multiple nights.

A convenient location on Queen St, New Town close to the Portrait Gallery, restaurants/ cafes and tourist sites. The number 1 apartment was spacious, quiet and on the ground floor (no lift for upper floors) and had 8 steep steps to the front door. The two bedrooms & two bathrooms were located at the rear of the building and were quiet. Comfortable, stylish furniture & all kitchen amenities were provided. Destiny Scotland staff would not confirm what floor the apartment was on until the day before my arrival and could/ would not tell me how quiet or noisy as Queen St is a major road. When you book it is not clear which apartment you will be allocated. This lack of transparency by Destiny Scotland is an issue and I will not use them if this occurs again.

absolute perfection!

We looooooved this property! Everything was amazing! Extremely clean, cozy beds and linen, a washing machine and dryer, front and back patio's, extremely spacious, AND close to everything! It was everything we wanted, and it still exceeded our expectations. I will absolutely stay here again! Something to keep in mind, if you have mobility issues, entry to the three bedroom unit requires you to descend a flight of stairs - but there is a sturdy handrail. Stay here! You will NOT be disappointed!

Big and spacious. Lots of restaurants, cafes and pubs nearby. Walkable to train station and major places of interest. One major downside is the security. When we are out, there were 2 occurences of entry. One left the living room lights on and the other cleared our trash. Chatted online with destiny and they said no unauthorised entries in their records. If there is any form of housekeeping, please let the guests know so the guests feel safer.

Nice modern decor, great location. I didn't like that the washer/dryer gave me problems and I could not get the dryer to work. This was disappointing, luckily I only washed a few light items. Better instruction for use of the dryer might be helpful.

Very nice apartment for a family

It’s very nice apartment for family trip with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, full kitchen and laundry. It’s large enough for seven adults… However I hesitated to book this place and I was thinking of canceling it several times because they said there is no luggage storage service. Fortunately, they informed us that we could store our luggages in their nearby office in an email that they sent us 48 hours before checking in. This was a big relief for us. In fact, we did store our luggages in their office before checking in and after checking out. It is strongly suggested to the owner to correct the luggages storage information in hotels.com

Access to property was straight forward. We had the ground floor flat which was a two bedroom. It was really clean. There was plenty of space. Although a couple of minutes from Princes Street and on a main road, we could not hear any traffic or foot traffic outside. Full instructions on how to operate every thing were provided on an app and very clear Only thing missing in my view were non slip mats for the bath and shower. Office staff were very helpful when contacted with queries. Liked the property so much I have booked again for xmas.

Huge apartment, lovely decor and good amenities provided. We didn’t use the living room because the windows are single glazed and the noise from the road was too loud. The bedroom was on the back which was good but there was a lot of noise during the night from drunk people and glass being thrown in the recycling. There was a weird high pitched noise in the cupboard next to the bathroom every time we used the water, sometimes even when we didn’t. Really weird and annoying as it went on in the night sometimes. Bed needs replacing as it felt like it was going to fall apart at any minute. Toilet paper was the cheapest you could buy. Disappointing because it’s such a lovely property and maybe it’s listed so double glazing isn’t an option but I’m sure something could be done to rectify the issues we faced.

We settled in for the week and were able to travel lightly because we had laundry. The kitchen was handy for a quick or a hearty breakfast depending on our daily agenda. Uber and bus were easily accessible, so was delivery for groceries and take out. Beds were comfortable and washroom was adequate. Living space was comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Office staff was quick to respond and be of help.
