It has been refurbished to a high standard while retaining many of its original and chamring features. Within the flat there are 3 spacious and elegant bedrooms fitted with a 2 double beds and one single. All of the beds have hotel-quality linens and towels, luxury toiletries as well as Venetian blackout blinds. There is also a separate recently-refurbished bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower and underfloor heating. Apart from the bedrooms and bathroom, the property also has a fully equipped kitchen including a washer/dishwasher/dryer. And a living room of generous proportions with a TV as well as a front and back garden plus an emergency first aid kit.Guest Access:Guests will have full unrestricted access to the whole flat including free Wifi.Interaction with Guests:I live close by to the flat and will be delighted to welcome you on your arrival to show you around and share with you my own tips and favourite spots in the city. Should I be unavailable when you have inquiries or requests there are co-hosts who can assist you 24/7.The Neighborhood:A local traditional pub, small supermarket, fruit and veg shop and fishmonger are all directly on our doorstop. You can also find a great friendly cafe, Chinese takeaway, pizzeria and fish and chip shop at the top of the street. Of interest there is also a renovated Police Box Coffee Shop immediately opposite the flat. At the weekend the Cheesee Peesee van parks at the bottom of the street with artisan and unusual cheeses for sale. The flat is located very close to The Meadows - vibrant, sociable, green park with plenty of space to run or cycle, and also contains some play areas for children. There is also a miniature golf course on the adjacent Bruntsfield Links.Getting Around:There is a taxi rank very close to the flat and a bus that that will take you to the city centre. However I'd definitely recommend the walk through Edinburgh's beautiful green park (Meadows Park) that leads you to the heart of the Old Town and city centre. There is also a CityCar Club point with two cars available approximately 50 metres from the flat. There is also a nearby tram and bus stop which you can use to get to places such as Edinburgh Zoo if you do not feel like walking all the way. These can be reached in about 20 minutes walking from the flat. If neither walking nor going via public transport appeals to you, there are local shops where you can rent a bike. When choosing this option I strongly recommend you take the road leading to the Water of Leith Walkway or Dean Village.Other Things to Note:The property is professionally cleaned and hotel

Lovely apartment
Stayed here as a family of four with 3 kids. The apartment was large with high ceilings and comfortable double beds, the kitchen has the basics you need although the knives could do with sharpening and a bigger pot and pan. Other then that its a lovely base for a short city holiday. Its close to the city centre and has a co-op across the street, sainsburys up the road, a few take aways around, and a park with a great childrens playground 10 mins away.

reat size and location but needs some maintenance
Check in was easy and smooth. The flat was a good size and very spacious. The bathroom was a bit troublesome as it was styled as a wet room and the drainage was poor resulting in flooding which took a long time to dry out. Also the toilet cistern didn’t work properly and required some manipulation to refill. The kitchen was fully stocked with necessary appliances although the job was rather dirty as were many of the utensils and pans which was quite disappointing given the current COViD situation where cleanliness is critical. The property is in a great location within the city - the meadows is close by and it is easy to get into the city centre. There are shops and restaurants nearby which is very handy.
