This team went out of their way to help me when I was delayed due to an issue with my rental. The setup is a bit unique, but I’d stay here again. Great location and value for the price and very nice people.

This is a gem of a hotel in a beautiful little town. The staff were very nice & helpful. The room was beautiful, spacious & clean. I will stay here again - no question. Re amenities- pleas include conditioner with shampoo & body wash which were great products! You won’t be disappointed when you stay here!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Linlithgow. The room was classical with modern touches and a nice modern bathroom/kitchenette. Very easy to walk to the local pubs, grocery stores and a couple minute walk from the gates of Linlithgow Palace. Staff was helpful, parking was easy, room was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if I was travelling through Linlithgow.

This was a good location to see many interesting things, and the hotel itself was very nice except for one thing: the bathroom sink is an integral part of the toilet tank... tiny and inconveniently placed. If you can get past that, then I'd highly recommend

Lovely stay! The place was really cute and cosy, with a welcoming feel that made it easy to relax. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. Great location too! I’d definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Linen Bank and would have happily given it 5 stars, but unfortunately the bed had a noticeable dip in the middle. We ended up placing a cushion underneath to raise it slightly and make it more comfortable. Aside from that, everything was great. The check-in process was very easy and convenient, and we really appreciated the thoughtful little details provided for guests. The location was also excellent, especially because it was so close to the castle. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely consider staying here again. With a more comfortable mattress, it would easily be a 5-star experience.

There’s free coffee near the Reception! It’s a great location if you have a car and would like to take the train in Edinburgh and sample many whiskys. A very walkable town.

Stayed at the Linen Bank Residence for eight days. The price of our stay was cheaper than staying in Glasgow. We purchased a Scot Rail Flex Pass. It’s only a twenty minute ride to Waverley Station in Central Edinburgh. Linlithgow is a beautiful town with good restaurants and things to see. The Linlithgow Palace, the birthplace of Mary Queen of Scots, is amazing. We took a cruise on the Union Canal from the Canal Basin in Linlithgow to the aqueduct over the River Avon. We also took day trips to Falkirk to see the famous Falkirk Wheel and to Blackness to visit the castle on the bank of the River Forth. The accommodation itself was excellent. A comfortable room with a small kitchen with everything we needed. A bonus was a coffee machine near the office that was available 24/7. Great restaurant called The Bridge a twenty minute walk from the LBR on the Falkirk Road. Amazing stay. Going back to stay for two nights after our visit to Glasgow.
