Although the room was booked and paid in advance for the Concept Royal Hotel, I was told that there are no rooms available upon my arrival. So they moved us to a "sister" hotel (Point Rest Hotel or something like that) located near the Edine railroad station, in a construction zone filled with dust and noisy throughout the night. I did not get any sleep. The personnel at the new hotel reception desk did not want to provide extra key, which almost caused my medication (whihc needed refrigeration) to go bad because the key card controls electricity in the room and the refrigerator. The personnel did not speak any English and tried to argue with me... I would not recommend this hotel or the "sister hotel to anyone.

Great stay
Very nice and comfortable hotel. The staff was very helpful and pleasant to comunicate with. The room was quiet and cozy and my family and I had a great rest there. Pets are allowed and welcomed, which is also a huge plus. Highly recommend!

Dear guest, we are sorry, but the comment does not reflect the truth. Our rooms always have free tea, coffee and water. Breakfast is in the form of spread; At breakfast, the waiters offer you unlimited tea, olives, cheese, jam, honey, nutella, potatoes, onion rings, sausage, eggs with sausage, egg bread, tomatoes, cucumbers and bread. Our rooms are correctly sized in the system.

Overcharged, and then they ignored me
I was charged 77USD when I was supposed to be charged 47USD. I wrote to them about it, but they did not reply.

Dear Christina, it's impossible to charge extra money more than your booking fee. There must be a misunderstanding. If you had told about this problem directly to us, we would have helped you. There is no possibility to charge the amount of money that you say, there is no receit or any evidence of such a payment. We only charged you 400 ₺ which would be 47 Dolars. We don't even take any payments in any other curreny, we only charge in Turkish Lira since this is a reservation from Expedia.com (hotels.com). It's such an upsetting situation for our company because we never charge extra money without letting our guest know (if an extra payment is necessary). If you have any receit that shows we charged you 77 dollars, please share with us. Regards...

I stayed with my 2 children. Rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was very good. We stayed for 1 night and overall we were satisfied. On the negative, the soap dispenser and blow dryer in the bathroom were broken. When you go with 2 kids, the room is small. And we were preparing before check-out, the waters were cut off. I don't give minus points because I think it's temporary. I recommend this hotel.

Wurden sehr nett empfangen das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das einzige was sehr stark zu bemängeln ist, das den ganzen Tag, man seine Ruhe nicht hatte. Zu stark befahrene Hauptstraße, und gleich daneben ein Cafe, dass biss spät in die Nacht Musik sehr laut gespielt wurde, ohne Rücksicht auf die Gäste neben an.

Für die Durchreise!
Wir waren nur eine Nacht bei der Durchreise in diesem Haus. Es war im Grund genommen alles OK. Das Restaurant ist für Vegetarier nicht geeignet!

Odaları biraz küçük ama çalışanlar inanılmaz güler yüzlü ve yardımseverler. Temiz, nezih bir otel, çok memnun kaldık. Edirne’ye bir daha gitsem yine burada kalmayı tercih ederdim.

Wir haben schon wiederholt auf unserer Reiseroute dort übernachtet. Sogar mit unserem kleinen Hund (gegen Gebühr, leider diesmal doppelt so hoch berechnet wie letztes Mal) Parkplatz praktisch vor der Tür. Netter Empfang... Das Hotel ist modern, die Zimmer sind auch gut ausgestattet, bequeme Betten. Nur nachts ist es etwas laut bei offenen Fenster, aber war ok.Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Empfang

Otel gerçekten mükemmeldi bir çok 5 yıldız ve 4 yıldız otellerden daha iyi daha konforlu daha güzeldi. Keşke herkes bu otelden biraz örnek alsa Türkiye de otelicilik sektörü çok başka boyuta geçerdi.
