"At the property all went fine. The shuttle driver from the airport was arrogant. He did not come to the curb —- did not exit the shuttle to ask if there were any passengers—and just drove away without me!!!- later claiming that it is the obligation of the rider to flag him down. A different shuttle driver back to the airport was very nice. "

"The location was great, I was able to walk out the door and turn left and have access to several great places to eat, to the right and across the street. There is a Walgreens around the corner as well, I was close to so many great places. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I was traveling from Alabama and never been to NYC and the staff had great advice when I asked for help. Everything I needed the staff helped me with and I plan to look for this hotel chain in my future travels."
