"As always the room was great. Clean. Comfy bed. Bath was a little small. Parking & front desk staff was a nightmare. I tried 6 times to exit the parking lot to return my rental car & the ticket didn’t work. No matter what they tried it didn’t work. I finally gave up & parked. Then the front desk guy said he had to charge me for parking. He eventually relented……"

"Josie was an amazing help. When we checked in we thought we only had Popeyes as a choice for walking to dinner, she told us to cross the street, turn to left and walk 7 minutes to Tops and boy was it fantastic!"

"I had a fantastic time up there, it was well center and pretty close to everything around the area, a great bargain for your buck especially around that area when most hotel were going for $500 a night, close to the memorial site for 9/11, the bed was super comfortable, the room was spacious, clean and smelled good, the gym was well equipped and functioning, the coffee machine in the lobby was amazing, and the views outside the one40 restaurant were incredible, the staffs were friendly and willingly to help, especially Arden, she really went above and beyond to help make sure we were comfortable and provide all the necessary information that we needed, and Solomon as well, I will definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone visiting Manhattan New York."
