"The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. Property was clean with the exception of the elevator floors. Staff were nice. We ate dinner there and while the roast beef sandwich was tasty, it was basically a lettuce and tomato sandwich. Location was very close to the West Edmonton Mall."

"Location is good but renovations are needed particularly in the room. Carpet was sticky and bathroom floor dirty. Furniture was also worn out and bathroom door would not close. Also no fan for bathroom and only two towels were provided when there were four people in the room. A better cleaning job ..."

Fantasyland Hotel
"It was awful. An alarm started going off after 2 am. We were left with unknowns whether there was a fire or intruder…it was very scary. It went off for over an hour. And then again at 7:30 and 8am . It was very stressful and we did not have a restful night. It was awful, lack of communication."
