This is not my first visit to this property. I try to stay there when I am flying into or out of Edmonton. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There are a selection of restaurants both on the property and close within walking. The shuttle to and from the airport is normally convenient. I have no problem recommending this hotel for the traveler.

Really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. There was always eggs with either bacon or sausage, cereal, yogurt, waffles, toast or bagels etc. Fitness room was a bit rundown and the sauna was no longer in operation. We were going to eat at JT’s Grill but unfortunately was closed at the times we wanted to go. Staff were very friendly and our room was nice and clean. It was very quiet at night and we slept well. Free shuttle to and from the airport.

The hotel is worn and needs refreshing. Pillows are old and a bit gross. They claim to be a non-smoking hotel, but smoke smell is everywhere and permeates furnishings. We were only there for one short night before our flight and the sleep was good.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We loved it so much the first time that we came back. Rooms are clean and tidy, front desk was friendly, complimentary breakfast was really good compared to other hotels (eggs and bacon/sausage daily, fresh waffles, etc.), and every night was reasonably priced. Overall, well worth the price and we had a very pleasant stay.

My second time staying at this hotel and probably going to be my regular going forward when using Edmonton International Airport. Room was spacious and bed was soft and comfortable. Cleanliness was also fantastic. Biggest win is the staff make sure that you are accommodated with the airport shuttle to get you to airport on time. Shuttle showed up exactly on time and with stops, got me to airport in 10-15 minutes. Pulled right up to my appropriate entry with my airline and everything.
