What I enjoyed the most was the people. Melisa, Reha, Yusuf, Verat, Fatih all my made 5 night stay fun and personable. I did not want to rent a car so they helped me navigate the bus and dulmus to Akdamar Island and into the City Center. I also took an afternoon in the town of Edremet and enjoyed the harbour and shops. The people were amazing and fun - taught me about the local area and a little about Kurdish culture. The room was spacious, the water hot, the view nice of the Lake. The one thing that can be improved was the mattress was a little older and soft. I didn't make a request to change rooms though as I still got good sleep. There was noise from the traffic but the view of the lake made up for that. AC was comfortable but not too cold. The MADO restaurant was delicous, great people too. I loved VAN.

Nice place, but ...!

Nice hotel, friendly staff, great spacious rooms with fantastic view to the lake, but the rooms are not sound proof. We had 2 rooms and both had the same problem. At nights, it feels like sleeping in the middle of the road. The taps in the bathrooms also need regulations. The A/C works, but we had no control over the temperature through the panels. It did not matter to set it to 16 C or 32 C. It blows cold air.

Otel ihtiyacımı karşıladı. Hem odalar temizdi hem personeller güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi hem de gitmek istediğim yerlere yakındı. Kahvaltıyı otelin altındaki Mado da açık büfe şeklinde yapıyorduk. Açık büfe olmasına rağmen yiyecekler lezzetli ve tazeydi. Otel müşterilerine Mado da Extra indirim uyguluyorlar. Fiyatı da bu kadar imkana göre uygundu. Tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel.

Otel genel olarak temiz. Odada 3 kişilik rezervasyon yapılmasına rağmen havludan tutun da şampuan gibi kişisel bakım ürünlerine kadar hepsi eksikti. Çift kişilik yatak oldukça rahatsızdı. Resmen sabaha kadar yay sesleri ile her hareketimizde kendimizi uyandırdık. Elite World gibi bir otelden beklentimiz daha yüksek olduğundan üzdü.

Temizlik açısından ve otel personelinin yaklaşımından çok memnun kaldık. Otel van gölünün karşısında hoş bir manzaraya sahip. Otelin kahvaltısının daha önceki yorumlarda çok iyi olduğunu okumuştuk fakat malzemeler kaliteli olmasına rağmen çeşit olarak yeterli gelmedi bize. Kahvaltı iyileştirilebilir. Van’a yolumuz tekrar düşerse tereddüt etmeden kalacağımız bir otel.

Harika Bir Otel

Otel gayet temiz, konforlu ve memnun kalınacak bir yer. Kahvaltısı harikaydı, yöresel ve genel ürünleri hem lezzetli hem de çeşit anlamında fazlasıyla yeterliydi. Personellerin ilgisi ve nezaketi için ayrıca memnun kaldık. Özellikle Sercan Hanım’a nezaketi ve alakadarlığı için çok teşekkür ederiz. Resepsiyon bölümü Fatih ve Nurullah Bey, oda servisi Can Bey hepsine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar geldiğimizde bizim yerimiz belli, size de muhakkak gelmenizi öneririz.

Yeni bir otel olması ve Elit otellerinin marka adını seçtik. Fakat otel odaları çok soğuktu. Van gibi bir şehirde bunun önlemi nasıl alınmamış. Ayrıca otel bakir bir bölgede olduğu için yemek ve birşeyler içmek istedik. Kış dolayısıyla restoranları kapalıymış. İş seyatimiz nedeniyle her ay 10 gün dışarıda konaklama durumumuz oluyor. İsmine yakışmayacak konfora sahip bir oteldi.

İlgili ve güleryüzlü çalışanlar, tertemiz bir oda.

Çalışanların güleryüzü ile karşılandığımız konaklamamızda tertemiz bir oda ile buluştuk. Odamızda Van gölü manzarasına sahip balkonunda gölü izleyerek kahvemizi içtik. Kahvaltısı inanılmaz lezzetliydi, yöresel lezzetli yiyeceklerine doyamadık. Akşam yemeğinde et yemekleri enfesti. Olumsuz hiçbir durum yaşamadık. Yataklar yumuşak, tertemiz bir banyo. Havaalanına olan yakınlığı kolaylık sağladı. Araç kiraladığımız için otele ulaşmak sorun olmadı. Çalışanların verdiği hizmetten mutluluk duyduğu aşikardı, zira bizimle içtenlikle ilgilendiler. Aşırı memnun kaldık.
