"When we checked in to our room, our air conditioner was broke, they were booked out at the hotel so they couldn’t put us in another room and they didn’t offer to put us in another Hyatt, we were in Los Angeles for five days for surgery next-door at Keck Hospital, we will not be staying at Hyatt again due to the poor standards they have"

"We showed up rooms didn’t look nothing like pictures very run down, elevator didn’t work so was then given a room on first floor and room wasn’t ready and it was 3:45 pm. Housekeeping had just started. There was broken down furniture inside room. We were very unsatisfied I had to call to get my refund. The manager tried to accommodate after the fact I was calling for my refund with a room that was renovated and with a jacuzzi in it, but there was no closet for us to hang up our clothes. Honestly it looked like a run down motel definitely not a hotel. The sheets and top blanket didn’t even look like they use soap at all to wash them. I’m so glad we left. I’m not a picky person but that was bad. "
