"The only pros about the Evergreen is its location - 15 minutes distance Vail Village and 10 from Lionshead. Everything else about this hotel is terrible. It's old and rundown - doesn't look like it's been touched since 1977. If you want to do Vail on the cheap and only go to your room to sleep, this is your place"

"The resort is definitely isolated from the ski village lifestyle, which could serve as a pleasure for some and an inconvenience for others, however the isolation does not detach from the plethora of amenities the resort has for guests, such as two jacuzzis, a pool, two restaurants, a ski rental shop, super cozy lounge and its own ski lift, a supermarket, spa and more. The only downside is that room service closes at 9PM..never seen that even in “4 star” hotels"

"The room was nice enough -could use some updating. What I really liked was that lights & TV were on when I entered the room making it feel welcoming. Had trouble with the room keys requiring a trip to the front desk each day. Front desk staff were always cheerful and helpful. "
