"My advice is DONT USE THIS PROPERTY. *No details of property until 24hrs before I arrived. Got photo's only to findout I was on the top floor with 3 flights of stairs . *No personal check in ALL done on line. * The area is ( quote by a taxi driver a bit dodgy although I found the people in the area to be very helpful & nice people. "Interesting hotel consisting of 3 adjacent renovated old buildings. Ideally located 5 minute walk from the old town. Spotlessly clean, modern rooms, very professional staff and an excellent breakfast buffet. The only thing that was a bit different is the "formal" aspect to the staff. Very professional and helpful but not overly friendly. Might be a cultural thing. Would definitely go back"

"The Hotel is in an ideal location. Parking is very convenient, but getting into the lift is super tight if you are in an SUV! Staff are extremely friendly and the rooms are a good size. The decor and furniture is a little dated throughout the hotel, but everything is well maintained. Overall - an excellent stay."

"Clean room. More of a business hotel with business clients. Every thing was clean and professional. Breakfast was excellent. Location wise outside Ghent so took the uber which costs 10 euro each way. Parking costs 20 euro per day which is the big bear after spending approx £175 per night averge per night. I guess it’s Ghent so everthing is extra everywhere you want to park."
