"It was great for transportation. Within easy walking distance of tram, train and metro. The apartment was quite spartan. Bring your own salt and pepper. It would have been helpful to have a microwave. It’s about 12 minutes from the central station which takes you out of the crowded areas but close enough to get to where you want to go. It was a very secure and safe place to stay."

"This hotel was overall great. The rooms were spacious and well appointed- nespresso machine, dishwasher, tvs, etc. You could not hear noise from adjacent rooms or those above you - only occasional door slams. The breakfast had lots of options and was pretty good. I also appreciated the laundry room in the basement. It’s pretty far from the city center but close to a tram station. The staff were all helpful, friendly and always happy to accommodate. I would stay here again if back in Amsterdam."

"I liked the location, you can get a ferry for free, outside the property towards the Central station or walk about 5mins to the bus stop instead. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The property is gorgeous with a stunning view of the river. The only let down is the noise policy. No music or noise from 9pm-8am, which for 5 women celebrating a birthday is incredibly hard. I kept receiving text messages regarding the noise which was disheartening."

"Excellent location and renovated within the past few years, so well designed and new. Great breakfast space. Easy checkin and checkout and helpful friendly checkin staff. Would have scored 5 stars but the room servicing is odd. We were not told at checkin that rooms are only serviced every three days for “environmental reasons”. "Excellent location (if you plan to visit museums or the Royal Concert Hall). Very clean, spacious room, great bathroom - lots of space. However, one star goes off: the hotels positions itself as 4-star, however our linens were threadbare thin, and the sheet had small hole in the middle from excessive wear. In addition, the AC unit in our room had control unit broken, with the AC set at 22C w/o any chance to change it. No dealbreakers, but for the hotel level, not acceptable minor flaws"
