"We liked the location in walking distance to the center of town and attractions. Our room was small, but clean and charming with a small balcony. We enjoyed the German food next door."

We did not feel comfortable there, and room was relatively expensive. Therefore we drove back to the reception to ask for a room at the main hotel. In the reception they claimed that we had booked a room in the cottage. But no cottages were shown at booking by pictures or in writing, nor in our confirmation.
