"Clean room. Good service. Liked the hand sanitiser dispenser in stairwells. Room was very quiet even with a busy road. AC was fantastic. Didn't have breakfast."

"Very friendly stuff at the property. Free shuttle from 6 AM to 10:30 PM. I had to leave property at 4 AM and they offer shuttle to the airport for additional fee, which was very helpful. The drivers were on time. I needed the hotel just for a few hours to take a shower and sleep, and it was just perfect for me"

"Pros: Clean room. Helpful staff. Cons: sofa bed was so uncomfortable. Breakfast was not to my liking as I have been to other holiday inn hotels but always with good standard of breakfast. Dinner was a bit on a pricey side although I felt that everything in Zurich is expensive but the taste and quality of the pasta (Bolognese and carbonara) were not enjoyable. However, the taste of the Swiss pasta was okay."

"Location is excellent only short hop into main station in Zurich. Staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, decent options and many cook on request choices. The breakfast and bar staff are first class. Rooms are good, comfortable and clean."

"Just needed a place near the airport. You can't get any closer! You literally come out of the hotel where there are shops and restaurants and walk 2 minutes straight into airport. Was perfect."
