We have stayed on numerous times at the hotel and always been very pleased with everything, however this time firstly we weren't informed of the building work, even though the receptionist had rung us a few days prior to our stay, and spoke to myself, but never mentioned it, and to have work men right outside the bedroom window, banging and hammering wasn't pleasant. Then we did get a house keeper barge into the room without knocking, then she realised it was the wrong room entirely.
The ladies cleaning the rooms were lovely.
Breakfast was nice even though we did have to ask a couple of times for a pot of tea? We did highlight, our unfortunate let down of our stay, to the receptionist, who didn't seem to be bothered at all.
Finally we asked for an invoice, but the printer wasn't working and was assured they would send it over by email?? but still awaiting for its arrival!!....
I would appreciate the invoice being forwarded please.
