"Our room was on alley side and on Fridays morning it is garbage day, very loud experience, unfortunately. Otherwise, room was fine. "

"It was a clean and fresh hotel with live music in the lobby. However our room was several buildings down, no elevator. Confusing and needed a map to find my way around. It looked like the buildings joined by a hall way but they didn’t, we had to walk outside to the pool 2 buildings away, not ideal. My bed was made with all the blankets sideways. The complimentary buffet breakfast had a limit with required tip. It was nice, clean, with a balcony and a nice view of the river. We walked the path in the morning and evening. Had several restaurants to choose from. "

"Very clean and simple soooo convenient for walking downtown area day or night ! The only thing I wished they had was water in the fridge but that’s so minor compared to how easy the stay was ! Oh and bigger towels 😂"

"Not well-maintained properly, smell of mold in the room, someone was pounding on my door at 10:30pm, then 11 pm and 11:30 pm. Didn’t feel safe with people loitering outside. "

"The bed and the pillows were really soft and cozy. So many hotels have hard beds these days. This hotel reminds me of what hotel beds used to be. They also had nice cozy robes too. Overall would recommend. The staff was nice especially the valet and the night staff. "

"Unfortunately, there was a mild odor in my room... thinking diaper smell. I asked for some deodorizer and no one was able to help me. I suppose I could have asked to change rooms so thats on me. I stay here at least once a year to visit my son at college. Breakfast didn't seem as good this year. Over all, I gave it a good rating but I remember when it was excellent."
