Great staff and location. Beds and pillows were poor. They did not have air conditioning although they indicated that they had a/c at the property - having a/c in the restaurant does not help you sleep at night when it is 30C outside. I would not stay there again.

Not all rooms have A/C
The location was great. Walking distance to the center of town with shops, food and entertainment. Our room was not so great. I thought I booked the room with air conditioning (as indicated on my reservation) because we toured Germany in July during a heatwave. However, I did not get this type of room. I complained on my check-in review of the hotel. For those that don't know this, while staying in the hotel, hotels.com will send an email asking you to review your check-in experince. I mentioned that there was no air conditioning in the room. Apparently, the hotel management saw my review and phoned me immediately. With a stern voice, they said, "I saw your review. Why didn't you ask for the room with A/C?" I told them that I didn't know I had to ask when I booked this type of room. Neverthess, it was our last night here and we opted not to change rooms. With regret, we should have. The cleaning lady left the windows open in the room (to naturally cool it off)and when we returned that night, our room was filled with bugs! We spent a good 30 minutes killing or removing the flying insects. But, this did not take care of our next problem. Myself and my daughters had several bug bites by the next morning. Overall, great location, good food, but just know that not every room has air conditioning. Hotels.com needs to indicate this on their site or update the information about the rooms in this hotel.

Wonderful private hotel in small town
Love the new renovation of the gym & sauna facilities! The room is spacious & clean. The only downside is the selection of breakfast is scarce, even though it costs only 8€. I'd prefer more various breakfast with a bit more cost. Other than that, it's a great stay in Ehingen.

Due to a good deal through hotels.com I booked the suite, which is a perfect room for 1 - 2. The room did not have a water kettle to boil water for tea, but I received one right away after asking. My recommendation to the hotel would be not charging for coffee capsules or tea bags, this is a basic service. I always bring my own tea bags, but although it did not apply to me, I think charging for those small and simple amenities is outdated. If you book a suite, they should not charge you for those penny items. The hotel location required a little drive to my work destination, but due to the limited amount of hotel rooms of that size in the area it was worth the drive every day. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly.

Haupthaus in die Jahre gekommen, Anbau bzw. Neubau modern. DZ „Superior“ zu empfehlen. Überall sauber. Etwas unschön ist, dass die „Türschnapper“ (Zimmertüren lassen sich auf- und zudrücken ohne die Klinke zu betätigen) der Zimmernachbarn auch bei verschlossener Tür gehört werden - gleiches gilt für die Toilettenspülung. Wir waren über die 4€ Parkgebühren pro Nacht überrascht, da in unserer Buchungsbestätigung von „kostenlosen Parkplätzen“ die Rede war. Wenngleich 4€ ein fairer Preis ist. Ebenso wurde uns beim Checkin nicht mitgeteilt, dass das Frühstück mit 10€ p.P. berechnet wird. Auch hier: 10€ absolut gerechtfertigt für Qualität und Auswahl (Kaffeespezialitäten, frische Eierspeisen, Obst, Gemüsesticks, Müsli-Corner, Sekt, Lachs, Wurst&Käse ...) - dennoch waren wir über die nicht angekündigte Rechnung beim Checkout verwundert.

Im Bau befindliche Anlage.
Man hätte wissen müssen, dass man eine Baustelle vorfindet .. katastrophale Parkbedingungen .. nach Abschluß der Bauarbeiten vermutlich ein schönes Haus.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel in der Altstadt gelegen, Freundlicher Service mit gepflegtem Restaurant. Es wird auch regionale Küche angeboten. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet.

Das Zimmer war sehr gut, schön groß. Waren dort auf einer 2 tägigen Fahrradtour. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parken in der Tiefgarage war gut. Frühstück war auch okay.

Et godt pitstop på vejen til eller fra Italien.
Vi brugte hotellet som et stop på vejen hjem fra Italien til Danmark. Det var meget komfortabelt, rent og servicen var i top. Der er både P-kælder, hyggeligt lokalt miljø og en god restaurant på selve hotellet.

Gutes Hotel mit kostenlosen Annehmlichkeiten
Das Hotel hat kostenlose Parkplätze in einer Garage. Wenn man abends kommt, erfordert es gute Fahrkünste um die hinteren Parkplätze zu erreichen, da ein Pfeiler mitten Inder Garage steht. An den Streifen am Pfeiler ist zu erkennen, das darüber nicht jeder verfügt. Die Zimmer sind sauber, der Fernseher groß und mit einer wirklich großen Zahl von Fernsehkanälen ausgestattet, auch internationale Sender. Der Fitnessraum im Keller ist brauchbar, Zugang mit Zimmerkarte. Frühstück ist klasse. Als ein Highlight wird frisch gemachtes Rührei oder Spiegelei nach Wunsch zubereitet. Einziges "Geschmäckle" ist die nicht ständig besetzte Rezeption. Nach 20.00 Uhr kam auch nach 2maligem Klingeln niemand um mir den Internetcode zu geben. Nicht dramatisch, war sicherlich eine Ausnahme und ist kein Grund dieses Hotel nicht zu buchen.
