"Hotel is outdated and very hard to get into from road. Bathrooms are extremely tiny. Breakfast was not worth even being free. Staff was extremely nice."
"We booked for a short spring break trip with our boys (5 & 6). We loved the pool area. The cash arcade was fun too, especially with it having a game that you play until you win (candy). You can tell the hotel is older but has been updated. When asking for suggestions of dining or delivery, the staff provided an info sheet but seemed clueless otherwise. We ate fro-yo and Orange Leaf, it was a mini version of a standard store. Burger Theory -- We walked in for breakfast and were told they only off breakfast buffet $14.99 and if you booked directly through IHG (not a third party) kids meals would be free. We took a look at the buffet and it looked like what other hotels with free breakfast serve (French toast, yogurt, biscuits and gravy, maybe eggs). We don't think it was worth it. We also didn't try the restaurant for dinner. Overall we would stay again if with our boys, mainly for the pool because they had so much fun between the 3 story slide or just swimming in the pool. "
"The breakfast was excellent. They offered many good choices. The breakfast area was comfortable. The indoor pool was very very relaxing. Was highly disappointed that the hot tub is out of order for an unknown amount of time. The hot tub was one of the main reasons I booked this property. Overall my stay was good. The beds were comfortable.."
"Very dirty, overcrowded pool and hot tub....hair clumps evwrywhere! Rooms were dirty and floors sticky in bathrooms. One elevator was broken and the one functioning one was so slow it was faster to take the 7 flights of stairs to our room. Beds were uncomfortable. Couldnt even get food at the breakfast because thwre were too many people. Will never be staying here again."
"Hotel was nice overall. Staff was very friendly, room was beautiful however our room was hot and located by a service entry so multiple times we were woken by a slamming door. I’m not sure if the AC wasn’t working correctly or if it couldn’t keep up but we were a little warm. Also, parking is slim next to the hotel and they do not offer valet. There is an old city parking garage across the street that was super sketchy, but it was free. This was our first time here and will likely be back and try again. "

10/10 Excellent
"Staff was super friendly. Loved the bar and room service. All around great time. Water pressure from the shower could be better, but did not affect our stay! "
