"Mixed review here. The pros - spectacular hotel grounds, beautiful design, peaceful setting, amazing view. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure guests were happy. Breakfast was good. Pool is beautiful. The kids club is great and was a favorite for young ones. The cons - rooms are very basic. Nothing special about them. We chose the Iris room because we were told that it’s the largest. The room is indeed huge, but very poorly designed. Moreover, it’s a safe room, which means a tiny window for a huge room. Felt claustrophobic at best. We paid up "

"Everything was perfect. Room was clean and roomy (stayed in a cabin) breakfast was incredible. Pool was large and clean , not crowded. "

"When I got to the motel it was closed and abandoned and doesn't exist anymore. I had to quickly find another place tonstay. Worst experience ever and I better not get charged for a motel that's not even there. "

"We asked to change our room. Our neighbors were noisy like I never met. Weren’t able to use balcony. Have to sleep with closed window. Hotel was empty, but they say that this is only till tomorrow. As I understand they didn’t want to take even little trouble. Spoiled vacation. Rather shabby, too."
